Terms and Conditions for PetMax Veterinary Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the PetMax Veterinary Services application (“the Application”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Application provided by the City Veterinary Office and Private Veterinary Clinics (“we” or “us”). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Application.

  1. Application Use and Services:

1.1 Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Veterinary Services:
The Application allows users to access veterinary services provided by the City Veterinary Office and Private Veterinary Clinics. These services may include appointment scheduling, pet health records, communication with veterinarians, and other related features.

1.3 Accuracy of Information:
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when using the Application. Any information you provide, including personal information and pet details, must be true, complete, and accurate. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

2.1 Ownership:
The Application and all associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Application and its content belong to us or our licensors.

2.2 Limited License:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Application.

c) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application or its underlying infrastructure.

THE APPLICATION AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  1. Limitation of Liability:

IMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE APPLICATION.
